
Yoga with me is where structure and soul meet. It’s not about perfect poses — it’s about how your body feels inside the pose, how your breath guides your mind, and how your energy shifts when you start listening.
I don’t teach one-size-fits-all yoga. Every class begins with how you arrive. If your fire (pitta) feels dim, we move with rhythm and warmth to reignite your energy and motivation. If you’re feeling scattered (vata) or overstimulated, we root and ground through slow flow, longer holds, and intentional breath. If your system feels heavy or stuck (kapha), we bring in movement, music, and laughter to create lightness.
My yoga integrates breath science, nervous system awareness, and functional anatomy to help you feel both stable and fluid — the kind of balance that carries into your posture, digestion, hormones, and emotional well-being. You’ll learn how to use breath as your first medicine, how to listen for what your body is asking for, and how to create a movement practice that supports your real life, not an idealized version of it.
Through consistent practice, you’ll notice better focus, fewer aches, calmer moods, and a renewed sense of vitality. Yoga becomes a mirror — showing you what’s ready to release, what’s asking for strength, and where your power truly lives.
