Members Mobile App

The Jaime Haines Mobile App gives clients the ability to access their courses and workouts with their smartphone or tablet. They are able to view their course process in realtime, view multiple courses and challenges if enrolled in several at a time, and access their own private workout library from group recordings and personal sessions.

You have 2 ways to access the members app:

1 - Downloading the KOLLAB app

  1. Download the KOLLAB app from your appstore

  2. Log in using the email address you just registered with

  3. Click 'log in with secure code' to get a one time passcode or use the password in your email

2 - Using the no download mobile and desktop browser app

For iPhone:

  • Open Safari. Other browsers, such as Chrome, won't work for this.

  • Navigate to the Member’s App link to save to your home screen by entering this URL.

  • Tap the Share button on the bottom of the page. It looks like a square with an arrow pointing out of the top.

  • In the list of options that appear, scroll down until you see Add to Home Screen. Tap this. The Add to Home Screen dialog box will appear.

  • Type in “Jaime Haines Members App” for the website shortcut on your home screen. You'll see the link so you can confirm it, as well as the site's favicon that will appear as the "app" icon on your home screen. Click Add when you're done. Safari will close automatically and you will be taken to where the icon is located on your iPhone or iPad's home screen.

  • Now just tap the new "App" or shortcut on your home screen, and it will open the website in its own navigation window, independent of what you have open in Safari.

For Android:

  • Open Chrome.

  • Navigate to the website or web page you want to pin to your home screen.

  • Tap the menu icon (3 dots in upper right-hand corner) and tap Add to home screen.

  • Type in “Jaime Haines Members App” for the website shortcut, then Chrome will add it to your home screen.
