Welcome! Here I share a few of my favorite things! I truly believe we can have all we need to obtain a strong and healthy body right from the comfort of our own homes. Below you will find three different sections of items found in my very own studio.
First, Core Restore - if you are enrolled in Core Restore, you will want one large stability ball, one 9" fitness ball, at least one weighted toning ball, two yoga blankets, and Theraband that you can cut into at least 5 ft length. A bolster is found under Other Favorites but it can be helpful for Core Restore also. Feel free to use sturdy couch cushions and throw blankets if you have them handy.
Other Favorites also includes some Pilates equipment and my weight training favorites.
