The course begins with an educational webinar that covers the six distinct principles of Pilates. You'll learn about the muscles involved, the systems that are activated, and how to achieve the best connection in your body.
Part Two: Principles of Pilates Video
Next, we'll move on to the original Principles of Pilates video. This video breaks down the 20 exercises in a slower sequence and provides more detailed explanations. It takes around 25 minutes to complete.
Part Three: Flow Video
The final part of the course is the flow video, where we put the principles into practice. You'll perform all 20 exercises in a fluid sequence that takes less than 20 minutes per day.
