“Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to get through this thing called life,”
and with me by your side, I promise—it can be an extraordinary adventure.
My wellness journey started long before certifications or studio lights. In 7th grade, I’d sneak into my room to exercise, pore over medical journals, and dream about helping people move better and live longer. I knew then that movement wasn’t just about looking strong—it was about feeling alive.
That early curiosity led me to college, where I earned my degree in exercise sciences and began working with clients through all stages of life—helping them rediscover freedom, confidence, and connection through movement.
Then came 2010—the year everything changed.
Degenerative Spine Disease brought my body to its knees and my purpose into sharper focus. Doctors warned that without radical change, I’d be in a wheelchair by age 50. That moment hit like a record scratch.
Exercise was no longer optional—it was survival. I turned to Pilates for healing, learning to move with precision, awareness, and deep respect for what the body can do when given the right tools.
In 2017, a hysterectomy deepened my dive into pelvic floor and women’s health, opening a whole new chapter in how I teach and support others.
Then, in 2022, a torn rotator cuff brought me back to the surgeon’s table—another opportunity to rebuild stronger, wiser, and more compassionate than before.
Every challenge has become a classroom, teaching me that strength isn’t about pushing harder—it’s about listening deeper.
Today, I focus on helping others move with strength, ease, and joy—creating a foundation that carries them through every stage of life.
My approach blends the science of biomechanics with the art of mindfulness. I teach people how to align their spines, restore their cores, and strengthen their bodies in ways that feel good, last long, and honor the seasons they’re in—whether postpartum, perimenopausal, or somewhere in between.
My work extends beyond the mat. I specialize in pelvic floor health, spine and hip corrective exercise, postpartum recovery, and holistic strength training through Pilates, yoga, and aerial movement.
When it comes to movement, I love variety:
Pilates for strength and stability,
Hatha and Kundalini yoga for energy and grounding,
Aerial Yoga for freedom and creativity,
and my signature Core Restore method for deep functional transformation.
My sessions aren’t just workouts—they’re somatic experiences where body and mind meet to heal, grow, and flourish. Through meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and energy-balancing practices, I help clients retrain their nervous systems, release old patterns, and rediscover peace within.
Every class and program I offer is rooted in safety, intention, and joy—because when movement feels good, it becomes sustainable.
