
Pilates with me is not your average “abs and alignment” experience. It’s an exploration of how your body really moves, breathes, and supports you through every season of life.
With my background in anatomy and somatic movement, I look beyond surface strength. I assess how your spine stacks, how your breath supports your core, and how your nervous system holds tension or fatigue. From there, I tailor each session to balance what’s missing. If you’re feeling sluggish or uninspired, we stoke your inner fire with reformer and mat sequences that wake up your deep stabilizers. If you’re running on fumes or tight from stress, we slow it down to create space and restore mobility where your body has been gripping for too long.
You’ll learn how to engage your core, glutes, and breath in harmony — not as isolated parts, but as a coordinated system that keeps you moving powerfully and safely. Through personalized reformer sessions, targeted mat work, and customized home programs, I help you build resilience from the inside out.
