Each lesson video averages 45 minutes. The homework for each lesson should take around 20 minutes per day, which you can do at one time (see Core Restore PLUS for help) or you can space throughout your day. You should practice a lesson for a minimum of one week.
Core Restore does not require a gym. You can do the exercises at home. You will want a variety of apparatus for your exercises such as bands, balls, yoga blankets, bolsters, hand weights, etc. You can find the complete list under My Faves
Core Restore PLUS is the same series of lessons as Core Restore. PLUS is simply the "homework" made easy. The entire lesson's exercises are condensed into a 20 minute "workout" to make it simple for you to get your checklist complete. for the day.
Diastasis Recti is HOW Core Restore was birthed. I worked with prenatal and postpartum moms at the time of the course's origination, having discovered that the core work I did for spine surgery was the same to help seal up the abdominal separation.
The muscles that connect around your sitting bones, pubic bone, and tail bone. This group of muscles also control your bladder, bowel, and sexual function. They communicate directly with your diaphragm under your lungs and your core muscles. IF the pelvic floor ain't happy, the whole body suffers.
If you are a human, you have a pelvic floor. And a core. Which means this course is for you. I specifically designed this course to speak to both men and women, athlete or prenatal mom, young teen stuck on electronics or older person unraveling surgeries or years of posture/core issues.

I had no idea certain exercises (such as crunches and sit ups) should not be done in the third trimester and that it can make diastasis recti worse.
