For equipment, you will want one large stability ball, one 9" fitness ball, at least one weighted toning ball, two yoga blankets, and Theraband that you can cut into at least 5 ft length. A bolster can be also helpful. However, feel free to use sturdy couch cushions and throw blankets if you have them handy.
