"Core Restore taught me safe exercises to do when pregnant and post-partum. I had no idea certain exercises (such as crunches and sit ups) should not be done in the third trimester and that it can make diastasis recti worse. I learned what diastasis recti was and how to execute some safe exercises to help correct it. I am able to perform these exercises at home and in the class with guidance from Jaime on correct form."
