12 Progressive Phases

A phase is like a step in your journey towards a healthier you. Each phase is carefully planned to make sure it's easy for everyone to follow and helps you get better bit by bit. They're designed to bring about real, lasting changes. For Group and VIP clients, we will move through the phases weekly but know that you can return to the program as much as you need to keep you moving forward at a pace that suits you.

60 Educational Modules

Videos with PDF notes, each lasting 20 minutes or less, covering the phase topics like breath, posture, diastasis recti, and pelvic floor. Consider them your daily nuggets of knowledge, easily absorbed over your morning coffee, offering better understanding of your body and the exercises in this program. Be empowered to be your own best advocate!

24 Tailored Workouts

Expect short, efficient workouts lasting no more than 30 minutes, focusing on alignment, strength, and mobility, all synchronized with your breath. These sessions harmonize your core and pelvic floor to support larger movements like lifting and running. You'll receive my infamous “quirky cues” to help remember proper form and technique. Learn to tailor each exercise to your needs by listening to your body and adjusting for strength, mobility, or decompression as necessary.

12 Meditations

We'll begin with short 5-minute meditations to introduce you to the practice, helping you tune into your breath and experience presence. These simple techniques can be done anywhere to alleviate tension in the mind, spine, or pelvic floor. As the program progresses, we'll gradually increase the meditation duration, working up to 15 minutes. You'll explore various techniques, from strengthening the pelvic floor to opening up the 8th vertebra to alleviate hump neck and shoulder pain.

1 Sound Bath Yoga Nidra

Experience the benefits of breath repatterining, nervous system and hormone regulation through mindfulness with a soothing sound baths designed for pelvic healing. Combined with a yoga nidra practice, this session lasts around 45 minutes, immersing you in a sonic journey designed to promote relaxation, inner peace, and rejuvenation.

+ Weekly Zoom Sessions

Connect with a community for live weekly sessions, guidance and interaction. Sessions will be recorded for those who cannot attend LIVE and will be found with other workouts in course app.
